It is not our policy of returns on Commissioned Portraits, Commissioned Drawings, Commissioned and Customised Greeting Cards. As these are of a personal nature only to the buyer and therefore excluded. .
These products do not come under any return goods category, since the buyer will be sent a prototype of their item before dispatch.
