Vitamin A from Beta Carotene: Cell renewal,

Vitamin C: Needed for wound healing, the
formation of collagen a protein essential for healthy skin, bones, teeth and
gums. Antioxidant.
Calcium: This mineral is vital for bone
formation and density, also the smooth functioning of nerves and muscles.
Iron: Required for the formation of
haemoglobin in red blood cells, which carry oxygen around the body. It is also
an integral part of many body proteins and enzymes that maintain good health. A
shortage of iron would soon result in fatigue and general poor health.
Magnesium: Needed for over 300 biochemical
reactions in the body, in particular muscle and nerve function. It forms a major
constituent of bone.
Zinc: Supports a healthy immune system, is
present in all body tissues and is needed to form many enzymes. It is essential
for normal growth and development particularly of the reproductive system and
