We make every effort to deliver the goods safety and in good condition but in the event of damage please notify us by Telephone on : 01234 390730 or E-Mail : sales@kiddygifts.co.uk so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. In the event of a faulty product we will be happy to refund or exchange the product subject to our inspection within 28 days. All returned items must have written conformation from Kiddygifts along with all packing and a completed returns form sent by Kiddygifts and kindly filled in by yourselves. Kiddygifts is happy to accept goods not required by the custommer within 14 days of despatch but must be unopened and in the original packing and returned in suitable packing so the product is not damaged in transit. If a refund is required postage & packing will be charged. Written confermation from Kiddygifts must be obtained before return.
